Passage is the onsite intelligence layer for your attraction — an onsite server that collects data from Haunt Passport, manages entry scanning and access control at every attraction, and serves real-time guest identity data to every device in your venue. Operational metrics. Personalized name playback. Actor intelligence. All from one server.
Passage sits onsite, receives identity data from Haunt Passport, and becomes the single source of truth that every downstream device — Whisper, Lens/Intel, and more — queries independently and in real time.
The Passage server installs onsite and connects to your Haunt Passport account. From there it handles entry scanning at every attraction entrance, manages access control, and generates the venue metrics that help you run a smarter operation — every night, all season.
Passage Whisper is a compact device positioned at or near a character in your attraction. When a guest approaches, it scans their RFID wristband, queries the Passage server for their name, and plays personalized audio — name first, followed by a character line or atmospheric sound. Every guest. Every interaction. Completely automatic.
Passage Lens/Intel is an actor-facing device that displays guest name and group information to performers in real time — before the group arrives. Independently queries Passage, so it handles guest order changes, guests who fell behind, and unreadable wristbands without depending on Whisper or any other device.
Passage is a Haunt Passport add-on. All tiers require an active Haunt Passport subscription.
Passage Whisper tells your props and animatronics who they're talking to. Passage Lens/Intel tells your human performers — in real time, before the group walks in. The same name data. The same Passage server. Now in the hands of your actors.
